Dale Cargile • Construction Management & Estimating

Dale Cargile is a native of the Spokane area. He has been in the construction industry for over 30 years and comes from a construction background. He completed his education through University of Washington, Spokane Community College, and the Spokane area Carpenters Apprenticeship Program, receiving degrees in both architectural drafting, and carpentry. He then worked his way up through the ranks in the industry, from entry level to carpenter foreman, and on to be project superitendent, overseeing construction projects such as the East Side Spokane Library, multiple Oregon State DOT facilities, large apartment complexes throughout Washington state, remodel of the Kibbie dome at University of Idaho, and Tawanka Commons at Eastern Washington University, to name a few. After 12 years as superitendent he moved into the business side of the field, and spent 5 years as a project manager and estimator. This background has given him a thorough understanding of how a project comes together, from beginning to end, and all of the different trades involved in the process. Whether it is a remodel or new construction, his knowlege of the Spokane building and remodeling industry is un-paralelled.

Jessica Cargile • Office Manager

Jessica Cargile runs the North Ridge Contracting main office and keeps the company organized and up to date.

When Dale left his architectural career, he then went through the union apprenticeship program, obtaining a degree in Carpentry.
